Photography by Anthony Greer may also operate under the name Photos by A Greer where applicable. Both names may refer to the same photography business, services, images, galleries, products, and related materials.

Each session is approached with care, patience, professionalism, and attention to detail, with the goal of creating meaningful images that families can value for years to come.

5. Image Selection and Final Images

The images presented in the online gallery are selected and edited at the discretion of Photography by Anthony Greer. Not every image captured during a session or event will be delivered, displayed, or made available for purchase. Images that do not meet the professional quality standards of Photography by Anthony Greer may be excluded from the final gallery.

This may include, but is not limited to, images with missed focus, poor lighting, closed eyes, duplicate expressions, test shots, unsuitable poses, motion blur, technical issues, or other quality concerns.

6. Editing and Retouching

Final images may receive professional editing, including adjustments to exposure, color, contrast, cropping, and overall presentation.

Additional retouching may be provided when required, especially if there is a clear issue with the delivered image. Major edits, background changes, object removal, body reshaping, extensive retouching, or advanced image manipulation may require an additional fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Photography by Anthony Greer reserves the right to determine the final editing style and presentation of delivered images.

7. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are provided according to the package, product, gallery option, or agreement selected by the client.

Purchased digital images are for personal use only unless written permission is provided by Photography by Anthony Greer for another specific use.

Clients may not sell, license, commercially reproduce, transfer to another business, claim authorship of, or use digital images for business advertising, commercial promotion, political promotion, publication, contests, or resale without written permission from Photography by Anthony Greer.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital download sales are generally final once delivered, except where a verified issue requires correction, retouching, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.

8. Printing of Images

Clients may print purchased digital images for personal use according to the permissions provided with their order.

Photography by Anthony Greer is not responsible for print quality, color accuracy, cropping, paper type, product quality, or lab production issues when images are printed outside of the GotPhoto ordering system or outside of a recommended professional lab.

For best quality and consistency, clients are encouraged to order prints and products directly through the gallery when available.

9. Print Orders and Products

Prints, wall art, keepsakes, and other products ordered through GotPhoto or any connected ordering system are produced according to the selected image, size, crop, finish, product type, quantity, and order details chosen by the client.

The client is responsible for reviewing all order details before completing a purchase, including image selection, crop, spelling, product type, size, quantity, and shipping information.

Photography by Anthony Greer is not responsible for client ordering mistakes, including incorrect image selection, incorrect crop, misspelled names entered by the client, wrong product choices, or incorrect shipping information.

10. Color and Print Variation

Photography by Anthony Greer makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate image color, tone, and quality. However, colors may appear differently on phones, tablets, computers, and printed products due to screen brightness, screen calibration, printer settings, paper type, product material, and lab production differences.

Minor color, contrast, brightness, or crop differences between digital images and printed products are normal and do not automatically qualify as defects.

11. Personal Social Media Use

Purchased images may be shared on the client’s personal social media pages for personal use.

Images may not be heavily altered, edited with filters that significantly change the final image, modified with AI tools, used in misleading ways, used for commercial purposes, or presented as the work of another photographer.

Credit to Photography by Anthony Greer or Photos by A Greer is appreciated but not required for personal social media use.

12. Copyright and Ownership

All images remain the copyrighted property of Photography by Anthony Greer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing prints, products, digital downloads, or photography services does not transfer copyright ownership to the client.

Clients receive only the usage rights specifically provided with their purchase or written agreement. Copyright ownership, creative rights, and original image ownership remain with Photography by Anthony Greer.

Clients may not sell, license, commercially reproduce, heavily alter, enter into contests, publish for commercial purposes, use for business advertising, or claim ownership or authorship of the images without written permission from Photography by Anthony Greer.

13. Screenshot, Copying, and Unauthorized Use

Screenshots, copying, scanning, saving previews, downloading without purchase, removing watermarks, bypassing gallery protections, or using images without permission is not allowed.

Images must be purchased through the gallery or obtained directly from Photography by Anthony Greer before they may be printed, shared, downloaded, posted, copied, or used.

Unauthorized use of images may result in removal requests, invoice charges, legal action, or other remedies available under copyright law.

14. Promotional Use and Model Permission

By making a purchase from a gallery, the client, parent, or legal guardian gives Photography by Anthony Greer permission to use the purchased images for portfolio, website, social media, sample products, and advertising campaigns for Photography by Anthony Greer or Photos by A Greer.

For images involving children, youth sports, school-related events, or minors, a purchase made by the parent or legal guardian serves as permission for Photography by Anthony Greer to use the purchased images for website, social media, and advertising campaign purposes only.

Images will not be used in a disrespectful, misleading, sensitive, or inappropriate manner.

Photography by Anthony Greer may also use selected non-private images from public events, sports events, promotional sessions, or portfolio sessions where appropriate, unless a written restriction has been agreed to in advance.

15. Gallery Access and Expiration

Online galleries are available for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Clients are responsible for placing orders, downloading purchased files, and saving their images before the gallery expiration date.

After a gallery has expired, the client may contact Photography by Anthony Greer to request renewed access. Gallery reactivation may be available for a $25 reactivation fee. This fee will be applied as credit toward any purchase made from the reactivated gallery.

Gallery reactivation is subject to image availability and is not guaranteed indefinitely.

16. Refunds, Reprints, and Corrections

Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are generally considered final. However, if proof is provided showing a verified issue with a print, product, digital file, or image quality, Photography by Anthony Greer may provide a refund, reprint, correction, or retouching when appropriate.

Issues may include production defects, shipping damage, lab errors, file problems, or an editing concern that reasonably requires correction.

The client should contact Photography by Anthony Greer as soon as possible after receiving the order so the matter can be reviewed. Proof may include photographs of the damaged or defective product, screenshots, order details, or other documentation showing the issue.

Photography by Anthony Greer reserves the right to determine whether a refund, reprint, retouch, correction, credit, or other resolution is appropriate.

17. Booking, Scheduling, and Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, arriving on time, following session instructions, reviewing gallery details, selecting the correct images and products, checking crops and order details, and completing purchases before any posted deadline.

If booking, deposit, retainer, cancellation, weather, late arrival, or rescheduling policies are provided separately in writing, those terms also apply.

Photography by Anthony Greer may reschedule a session due to weather, illness, safety concerns, equipment issues, emergency circumstances, or conditions beyond reasonable control.

18. User Comments, Reviews, and Submitted Content

Parts of the website may allow users to post comments, reviews, testimonials, messages, or other submitted content.

Comments and submitted content reflect the views of the person posting them and do not necessarily reflect the views of Photography by Anthony Greer.

By posting or submitting content to this website, social media pages, forms, or connected platforms, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person or business.
